SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed mostly within two weeks, depending on the volume of orders. Little Pine Toys are handmade and personalized uniquely for each order, so they can't be pre-made. If you need your order to arrive by a specific date, please leave a note at check out or contact us directly!

Please be aware that delivery time depends on customs and post offices, and that these shipping estimates do NOT include the time required for fulfillment.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs and packages that get shipped back to us because a customer didn't pick up the package.

OUR GUARANTEE & RETURN POLICY
We are selling toys that are handmade and personalized, so each one of them must meet our strict standards for craftsmanship and design.
They are made to the customer's specifications, so we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or offer refunds. If an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship upon arrival, customers must e-mail us within 14 days of receiving items for an exchange or refund. The customers are responsible for all shipping charges.
